Your new role
As the Training Coordinator you'll support the L&D function by scheduling training for our internal employees and managing our new starter inductions. You'll work with the Trainers to help create engaging learning resources and get involved with interesting projects as we modernise our training offering. As part of the overall People & Development team you'll be exposed to HR and Talent Acquisition, and, as you progress, have the opportunity to assist with some HR projects. It's a time of change here at The SR Group so there's plenty to do and lots to get involved with.
You're a professional individual with previous experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources or a similar role in administration or team support. You've got excellent attention to detail, good organisation skills, a strong work ethic and a proactive approach, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills. As the face of Training your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that you deliver a high level of customer service at all times. You'll need valid rights to work in the UK - unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship.
