You will be responsible for sourcing and vetting candidates for our Assessment Day in September. You will proactively source active and passive candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, referral's and head hunting, building a continuous talent pipeline.
Attracting, pre-screening and determining qualified candidates on the telephone and face to face.
You will have a drive and passion to deliver within a team environment along with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Highly motivated with strong organisation skills and administrational efficiency. You will need a confident and articulate manner as you will be dealing with all levels. You will have experience of sourcing and interviewing candidates.
