Maintaining and updating the database including registering of candidates/vacancies, producing and sending mailshots via post and email. Confirming interviews with both candidates and clients.
You will work across the sourcing and candidate management side of the recruitment process to proactively identify, target, grow and manage the pool of candidates for a particular sector/discipline.
Focusing not only finding candidates to fill positions the Consultants are working on, but also utilisation of the candidates and their skills that come out of a rigorous recruiting process as a means to fill similar positions in the future also (talent pooling or talent pipeline)
Building relationships with the best of the talent in the market which leads to more successful networking, more referrals, more business and an amazing give and take of expertise, knowledge and information
You will have the drive and passion to deliver within a team environment and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will need to be commercially aware, ideally with an interest in Law. The roles requires someone with strong organisation skills and administrational efficiency.
