The opportunity

You will focus on temp and contract HR placements. This is a fast-paced and growing market for us where we currently have a large volume of work. Examples of positions we support our clients in hiring include HR Analyst, Technical Recruiter, D&I Coordinator, Benefits Specialist, Compensation Analyst, L&D Consultant and others. Many of these searches are based in the tri-state market but we do work nationally and internationally. We work with a very diverse portfolio of clients from Tech Start-ups to Pharma, International Banks, Media & Entertainment, Law Firms, Retail and Consumer Good giants and everything in between. You will focus on client management, delivery & recruitment and business development; and you'll work closely with our team of experienced Recruiters.
