How are you remunerated?
As a recruiter we have a good basic package, including pension, health and generous holidays and incentives. This is underpinned by a clearly defined reward structure that avoids ambiguity and rewards good performance.
How are you supported?
Managers/Directors/Partners all recruit, we don't believe in our business leaders living in a spreadsheet we want them in the market, opening doors and supporting recruiter's development. We have a fantastic training team and use internal and external providers to support in your development.
